The Design of our bottle comes "with 4 hands" in the technical and stylistic office, to meet the needs of the oft-forgotten, especially in small formats.

The spherical shape helps the wine contained to have less liquid in contact with the glass and its possible temperature changes.

The exclusive limited length of the neck helps reduce the amount of oxygen present inside the bottle in proportion to the "liquid" inside, so as to arrive at the characteristics, as is well known, that are usually found in the fine formats Magnum. In fact, the size of the bottle influences largely on the shelf and on the development of the processes of aging of wine.

In bottles of small size, such as the half bottle or the fourth, the wine ages more quickly, and is therefore poorly suited for the aging.

The reason for this accelerated aging is due to the greater amount of oxygen in relation to the wine inside the bottle, and therefore the oxidation process will take place more quickly.

The condition is more favorable with the increase of the capacity of the bottle, or with the use of a shorter neck, as does BOLLLICINE, since the amount of oxygen will be smaller if compared to the quantity of wine.

This allows an optimal development of the organoleptic qualities of the wine.

Another factor in the preservation of wine in the bottle, is the so-called "filling level", the level reached by the wine inside the bottle.

Smaller the fill level and greater will be the space for oxygen with the result of accelerate the oxidative processes. The filling level can vary during the aging of wine in the bottle due to sudden changes in temperature expansions that produce wine, and force him out of the bottle increases, however, the free space will be occupied by oxygen.
